Do you offer returns or refunds on digital downloads?
Because all items are digital products delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or exchanged. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
I purchased a workbook but didn’t receive the download. What to do?
Your workbook should be instantly downloadable after purchase. If not, please check your spam/junk folder first. If the file still hasn’t arrived, send us an email at lumarise.therapy@gmail.com with your proof of purchase attached and we’ll resend the download link right away.
What if the file isn’t opening or looks corrupted?
Occasionally, PDF readers may cause issues. Try opening the file using: Adobe Acrobat, a different browser, a different device. If the issue persists, email us and we’ll send a fresh copy.
I bought the wrong workbook by mistake. Can I exchange it?
Since digital files can’t be “returned,” exchanges aren’t possible.
I thought the workbook included coaching/therapy sessions. Can I get a refund?
Our workbooks are self-guided tools and do not include live sessions or therapy services. Therefore, refunds for misunderstanding product descriptions cannot be issued. However, if you are looking for therapy sessions, we are more than happy to connect you with our network of licensed therapists and counselors.
What if I need help using the workbook?
